Spent a day following a real estate agent around and realized I had it all wrong. Turns out agents here have this whole system going with Zalo - they manage everything through chat groups and it just works for them. My "solution" was trying to fix something that wasn't really broken.

Getting curious about AI

While keeping my French clients happy with freelance work, decided to dive into something I'd been curious about - Large Language Models. Spent a week playing around with OpenAI and Groq's APIs, building random tools just to see what would stick.

Accidental Success

The funny thing is, the most promising thing came from scratching my own itch - built this simple tool to help format resumes using LLMs. Shared it on Reddit without thinking much of it, and suddenly this website "There's An AI For That" picked it up. Nearly 2,000 visitors overnight and actually got some paying customers. Pretty cool!
