Building stuff (and failing fast)

So I tried something interesting - built this quiz app for real estate agents in Vietnam. Turns out there's this huge market of 300k agents but only 10% are actually licensed. Cool opportunity, right? Well... getting official exam data was way harder than expected, and then my co-founder had to step away. Sometimes things just don't work out the way you plan!

So pivoting (again)

But hey, one door closes, another opens! While working on the quiz app, I noticed this pain point with real estate listings here. Anyone who's tried finding a place in Southeast Asia knows the struggle - endless Facebook scrolling, the same convos over and over... So I'm building this thing called Listings.bio (think Linktree but for real estate agents). Two weeks in, and we've already validated a $20 price point. Still tweaking the Tailwind version based on what early users are saying.

Running meetups

Finally got back into running properly thanks to runclub.vn here in Saigon. Really happy to meet other expats and entrepreneurs while getting cardio in! Committed to Wednesday and Sunday group runs, plus some solo sessions in between.
